Approach

From first sign to a clear decision.

Alethem sits between the sensors on a site and the people responsible for it. It notices what doesn't fit, checks it with the best available asset, and hands the operator one clear case.

Rendered visualisation, not live footage.

The loop

Three steps, every time.

Step 1

Notice

Alethem builds a model of what normal looks like on a site: who is usually where, at what times, which areas should be empty, what objects belong. It compares what every sensor sees against that model.

When something doesn't match, it opens a case. A person where no one should be. A bag left on a platform. A vehicle stopped at the fence line at night.

Step 2

Check

Most first signs are harmless. Instead of passing every one to a person, Alethem looks for the quickest way to confirm or rule it out.

That might be another camera with a better angle, a check against access records and shift rotas, or a robot or drone sent for a closer look. It chooses the check that answers the question fastest with the least disruption.

Step 3

Act under human command

If the case still stands, the operator receives it complete: what was seen, what was checked, the evidence and the reasoning, on one screen.

The operator decides. Alethem then coordinates the response they approve, such as sending a patrol, keeping a robot on watch, or closing the case, and records every step.

Architecture

Works with the equipment you already have.

Alethem doesn't replace a site's sensors or its people. It connects them.

Inputs

  • Fixed and PTZ cameras
  • Thermal, radar and other sensors
  • Access control and site records
  • Ground robots
  • Uncrewed aircraft

Alethem

  • Combine into one picture
  • Notice what doesn't fit
  • Check with the best available asset
  • Record every step

Operator

  • Review the case and evidence
  • Decide the response

Response

  • Send a robot, drone or team
  • Alert the right people
  • Close and log the case

Design requirements

What the system has to get right.

Deadlines are guaranteed

Investigations are free to choose how they check, but a fixed safety envelope makes sure every serious case reaches a person in time, whatever the investigation is doing.

Weak links are expected

Robots and drones lose signal. Evidence is prioritised and sent in the order that matters most, so the operator gets what they need first.

General, not scripted

The system is built to investigate situations it hasn't seen before, not only a list of trained scenarios.

Explainable cases

Every case shows its reasoning step by step, so operators can trust it, question it and overrule it.

Vendor neutral

Designed to work across camera, robot and drone makers, so sites aren't locked into one supplier.

Tested before trusted

Every capability is measured in simulation and on recorded footage before it is tried on a live site.

Where we are

Early, and honest about it.

Alethem is in early development. We're building and testing the first system in simulation and on recorded footage, with transport sites as the first place to try it in real conditions.

This site describes what we're building. When something is working and proven, we'll show it.

We're looking for transport operators and public bodies who want to trial the system.
